Nicholas Rothschild is the 11 year old lead guitarist and is from Boca Raton, FL. Nick has been called a prodigy when it comes to playing the guitar and to watch him leaves you spellbound. He was recently dubbed the “son Eddie Van Halen should have had” by Iron Maiden’s Nicko McBrain.

From the tender age of 6, this rocker has been honing his skills for the world stage. Emulating his favorite guitarists, Van Halen,  Govan, Hendrix, Zappa, Beck, Becker and Malmsteen. Nick does not just admire them, he practices hours a day, trying to master their techniques while becoming a guitar hero in his own right.

When you speak with Nick for the first time, you are drawn in by his angelic face and sweet brown eyes, never knowing the secret he keeps.  When you see Nick play his guitar for the first time, you will be left in shock at his gutsy maneuvering and uncanny talent that many adults to seasoned pros cannot boast.

Nick began performing at the age of 7 with the School of Rock under Yazmani Velasquez, who has helped him become the performer he is today. This is where Nick met the rest of his Krush bandmates and was named to the School of Rock house band, the youngest performer ever to earn that honor. He is currently studying with guitarist/recording artist Scott Gailor.

He dreams of attending the Berklee School of Music, touring the world with KRUSH and someday being recognized as one of the world’s top guitarists. When you ask Nick, “Why do you love playing guitar so much?” he kindly responds, “I love to perform and inspire people.”
